Lydia's Labyrinth was mostly made using sound effects and images from Pixabay, Pexels and Freesound.
Lydia's hair came from Sutemo's Female Mature Character Sprites.
The protagonists shoulders came from Sutemo and Sraye's Mature Males (though we tried to make the protagonist as gender neutral as we could.)
The Bucharest Royal Palace Image came from Britchi Mirela, CC BY-SA 3.0 RO <https: creativecommons.org="" licenses="" by-sa="" 3.0="" ro="" deed.en="">, via Wikimedia Commons</https:>
Also the music used was purchased from Ovani Sound through humble bundle.
A credits list is in a notepad in the game (I ran out of time to make nice credits).
Thanks to everyone who made these wonderful assets!

HELLO. :>
WAA You guys did so well with this game! I know I already yapped in the stream but I'm here to yap again. (In a more coherent text format.)I'm always so impressed with how you guys edit free assets for your games, it's hard to make stock images/assets not look like... they're just stock images/assets. But like, the backgrounds for example, editing everything to fit with the color scheme and themes is so good!
I also liked the swirly vine borders on the sides. It just gives everything that kind of "spoopy" vibe.
Man, and the story/mystery/lore with the MC was super fun to theorize and read about! Honestly, as I was going through the maze and piecing together the clues, I felt like a real detective LMAO. It was great!!
Each of the rooms was also so creative and interesting, and there were SO MANY!! That was so crazy. Each time I felt like I've seen everything, a new room/place would show up.
Overall, super fun game!! Loved it! :>>
Thank you so much for playing, it means the world to us that you had fun with our game😁❤️
Thank you so much! Such a fun video can't wait for the next part😁❤️
I had a really fun time with this! There's so many different options you can choose. A lot of dead ends, but even getting killed was pretty fun. A nice Halloween treat!
Thank you so much for playing!!! Im so happy you had fun with Lydia 😁
this was really fun! liked the idea and the setting. it could have been pretty exhausting to get through, but the restart feature after a death was a great way to keep a short attention span person like me engaged :D great job!
*spoiler*
i got the ending where i speared lydia to the wall and the thrall showed that she wasn't very... head strong.
and yes, i of course got death 29 before i even started the game :D
might go back and check out more deaths and endings if i have time. looks like you packed heaps on content in here :O
Thank you so much for playing! I'm so glad that the Mac build worked ok for you! The "last room" option was so important for us as we wanted to lill the player lots but also didnt want to waste thier time😁 i hope you had fun ❤️
i love the mystery and cool maze puzzle of this game! it got me hooked on the story and I really loved the tiny lore hints. lydia is my queen fr
Thank you so much for playing! I am so happy you had fun with our game!
[Spoilers ahead]
Okay look, I'm sorry but Lydia kinda won me over. First of all, getting kidnapped and not having to work? Sign me up.
The bottle room was the bane of my existence, and I think in total I died 5 times throughout this game - or in other words - if I didn't have the option to replay a room I would absolutely be cooked. Still, I danced my way through the blades, got a big ole' smooch from Lydia and even got to see her blush. 10/10 would let her eat me again.
Fantastic work on this game. It was absolutely absurd, and I actually did get jump scared at one point haha.
Thank you for playing it means so much to us! I'm so glad you enjoyed it and I'm sure Lydia had a marvellous time with her new pet😘 Thanks again!
This brought out my competitive instincts and then Lydia had to go and blush and be creepy cute. I want to date Lydia now. The plot is A+ and the gameplay works so well with the story. I kept wanting to unlock more endings! And I loved the tease for "don't click here."
❤️ Thank you so much! Im so happy you enjoyed the writing as well as exploring the Labyrinth itself. A date with Lydia might prove very expensive, it may cost you your very soul 💋 lol Thank you for playing!
